Digital Subscriber Line
Support for DSL can be tricky.
Issues can range from ATT problems to our backbone
provider to your router or computer.
The very first thing we would
have you do is turn everything off, modem, router,
computer.
Then wait 5 minutes and turn
them back on,
modem first - wait 2 minutes,
then the router - wait 2 minutes,
then your computer.
This typically clears up 80%
of any connection issues.
After these steps are complete
and DSL is still not working, call us at 203-245-1175.
Please make sure your wiring
is correct and filters are in place.
