In January 2006, we decided
to host a website with Cybershore for Pacesetter
Construction. I would like to report that we are
very pleased with the results the website has brought
us.
Within three month's of the website going online,
we received a call from a major oil company regarding
a project in New Haven.
The client has since signed
a contract with us for over three quarters of a
million dollars, the client found us solely by our
internet presence and such a project would not have
been possible without it. In addition we have received
several inquires about our services. I would also
like to add that I found the staff at Cybershore
both professional and courteous and on behalf of
our entire staff we look forward to a long lasting
business relationship with Cybershore.

Dear Mr. Anatra:
Undoubtedly you have receive countless letters lauding
the patience, friendliness and superb abilities of
your staff, most notably your technical support staff.
I would be remiss, however, if I did not write one
of my own, so I hope you can stand yet another singing
their praises.
Having had a most tumultuous relationship with my first
PC it is no surprise that panic sets in upon recognition
that I cannot rectify the situation myself(well,
given the "remedies" in my own computer
repertoire, panic is usually the only option). In
a moment of clarity, though, I called your office
and was put through to Brandi Scalzo.
Ever so patiently she took me
through a series of tasks in hopes of making well
whatever was ailing my computer. Finally realizing
that the machine, indeed, had a work and would require
an office visit for repair, I brought the patient
in immediately.
I know lesser people who, in
the never-ending search to save a dollar, have left
your company for others. While my relationship with
Cybershore has rarely involved human interaction,
due expressly to your fantastic service, both technical
and administrative, I am ever grateful for the true
humanity that is available to me when the need arises.
